| Introduction | Hi Hi. My name is aries yoong I would like to take this opportunity to tell you a little about myself. I earned a diploma in hrm form TARUC. I am personally very passionate, very attentive and extremely motivated in work and in my personal life too. My experience is in hr, sales, admin, writing, evemt planning and more. Currently, I am the hr cum admin at JT RenConsulting sdn bhd I am responsible for all hr and admin matters, including : Forming and maintaining employee records Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries I bring commitment, and a positive outlook to everything I do in and outside of work.
